At Her Deen World Inc., all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, your experience matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.
Replacements for Faulty Orders
We will issue a free replacement for any of the following issues, as long as they are reported within 30 days of shipment:
- Items damaged in transit
- Orders that never arrived
- Incorrect items received
To request a replacement, please email support@herdeenworld.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
-Photos, if applicable
Once approved, your replacement will be coordinated with our fulfillment team and shipped as quickly as possible. You do not need to return the faulty item.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or local postal services.
