When will my order arrive?
Each region has its own estimated delivery timeframe. Most orders arrive within 6 to 26 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $55 CAD to the following regions:

For orders under $55, a flat shipping rate will apply based on your region.
Who handles your shipping?
We work with a trusted global printing and shipping partner that fulfills orders using facilities located in Canada, the U.S., Europe, Australia, and other regions. This ensures your order ships from the location closest to you whenever possible.
Will I be charged customs fees?
If you are ordering from outside of the USA, your local government may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees when your package arrives. These charges are not included in your order total and are completely out of our control. They are set and collected by your country’s customs office, and we are unable to predict or cover them on your behalf. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines so you know what to expect before placing your order.
Are there any countries you don’t ship to?
We currently do not ship to Africa, Belarus, China, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, Russia, South America, South Korea.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
We currently do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will make it right by offering a replacement. Your happiness with your order matters to us.
